Terms of Service

Last updated September 29, 2026

These terms describe the operating boundaries for Revenue Path offers and Advisory Hours provided by Ziegler & Co. LLC. The applicable offer page, payment record, agreed inputs, and engagement record together define the work to be performed.

Plain-language summary. Each offer is a bounded professional engagement. The Revenue Path is a default commercial progression, not a mandatory sequence. A buyer with equivalent evidence or a defined specification may begin with a later offer. Measurement Setup and Discovery Setup are need-based, and Advisory Hours may be scheduled independently.

1. Offer scope and legitimate branches

The six public offers are separate engagements: Assessment, System Build, Measurement Setup, Discovery Setup, Semantic Publication Build, and Advisory Hours. The Assessment is an entry and relationship-opening engagement. It may lead to a System Build, a Semantic Publication Build, Measurement Setup, Discovery Setup, Advisory Hours, or another bounded decision when the record supports that direction.

System Build is a general operational or product-path implementation. Semantic Publication Build is a language-, meaning-, entity-, relationship-, ontology-, and human-editorial-judgment-intensive publication implementation. Measurement Setup and Discovery Setup are selected when their specific evidence or measurement purpose is needed. A buyer is not required to purchase every earlier offer before purchasing a relevant later offer.

2. What the buyer provides

Before work begins, the buyer provides the source materials, access, decisions, approvals, technical details, and existing specification identified on the applicable offer page or in the agreed engagement record.

The delivery clock begins after the required inputs are received and the working start condition is confirmed. If required access or source material is missing, the start date may move until the missing item is supplied.

3. Fixed scope and boundaries

A fixed-scope offer is bounded implementation or advisory work. It is not unlimited remediation, an open-ended retainer, or a promise to repair every issue discovered in a client’s infrastructure.

Broken infrastructure, missing access, unresolved platform work, materially expanded requirements, additional pages or workflows, new data sources, or a change in the agreed decision may require a separate scope or a new offer. Questions about whether a requested change remains inside scope are recorded in the engagement portal or working record.

4. Deliverables and review

The primary deliverables are the ones stated on the applicable offer page. Depending on the offer, they may include a current-state path map, findings register, prioritized action plan, implementation brief, page or workflow specification, measurement map, terminology and entity map, publication specification, metadata and schema register, QA evidence, decision note, or handoff instructions.

Supporting records and any included review or correction pass are limited to the stated scope. A factual correction to an agreed record is not the same as a new question, new requirement, expanded implementation, or additional revision cycle.

5. Remote delivery and scheduling

Services are delivered remotely across agreed U.S. and international working hours. Meetings, reviews, and handoffs are scheduled by agreement after payment and receipt of the required inputs. Payment does not create an on-call, same-day, weekend, or continuous-availability obligation.

For Advisory Hours, the rate is US$45 per prepaid hour. One purchased hour covers one defined question, review, interpretation, or troubleshooting matter and leaves a bounded working record or decision note. Advisory Hours have no retainer or recurring commitment, are not unlimited access to senior consulting, and are not a substitute for a separately scoped build.

6. Payment and hosted checkout

Payment is completed through the hosted checkout method identified on the applicable offer page. Prices and payment quantities are those displayed at checkout. A payment processor may collect and process payment-card information under its own terms and privacy practices; Ziegler & Co. LLC does not receive or store full payment-card numbers through this website.

Where a checkout link permits a quantity of prepaid Advisory Hours, the quantity remains subject to scheduling, the defined-question boundary, available capacity, and any agreed scope. A quantity of hours does not create an employment relationship, retainer, or promise of continuous availability.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Prepaid professional time is generally non-refundable once it has been scheduled or work has begun, except where required by applicable law or where Ziegler & Co. LLC cannot perform the agreed service. Contact the professional address before scheduling if a payment correction or cancellation request is needed.

Where a payment processor, applicable law, or a written engagement-specific term provides a different mandatory treatment, that requirement controls. Any approved refund or credit is limited to the amount and scope agreed in writing.

8. Executive communication portal

An engagement client may receive individual access to a secure executive communication portal on a dedicated subdomain. The portal is delivery infrastructure, not a seventh paid offer. It organizes decisions, files, reports, working records, revisions, and handoff materials for the engagement so the current record does not become scattered across email threads, shared links, shared drives, and SMS messages.

Portal access is limited to the engagement and the people authorized for it. The portal does not change the agreed scope, create a separate support obligation, or make every historical file available indefinitely.

9. Acceptance and handoff

Work is handed off through the agreed delivery channel or executive communication portal. The engagement record identifies what was delivered, what was tested or reviewed, what remains uncertain, and any bounded next action. If a buyer identifies a factual error within the included review period, the correction is handled within the stated scope where reasonably possible.

Silence, delayed access, or a materially changed requirement may prevent completion of the agreed handoff. A new or expanded objective may be addressed through the relevant next offer or Advisory Hours.

10. Results and professional judgment

The work provides analysis, implementation, records, and professional judgment within the agreed scope. No offer guarantees revenue, rankings, traffic, search placement, an AI answer, a particular business result, or acceptance by a third-party platform. Machine-assisted extraction, comparison, drafting, validation, or checking may support the work; consequential interpretation and acceptance remain matters of professional judgment.

11. Confidentiality and information handling

Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. The buyer should provide only the access and source material needed for the agreed work and should identify any material that must not be copied into an engagement record. The parties may agree to additional confidentiality terms when the engagement requires them.

12. Questions and contact

Questions about scope, scheduling, payment, or these terms may be directed through the professional contact methods provided on Ziegler.co.
