01 / Defined engagement
One agreed path, implemented and handed off.
For an owner-led service business or small team with an existing offer and a defined customer action that needs a clear, usable digital route.

Revenue path structure
- 01 / Surface Offer page The buyer can understand the offer and its fit.
- 02 / Action Buyer action One inquiry, booking, or payment route is made explicit.
- 03 / Handoff Destination The action reaches the agreed inbox, calendar, sheet, or CRM.
- 04 / Next step Next Step The handoff leaves the route ready to operate and extend.
Fee
The defined implementation fee is US$1,000. Payment processing is included in the listed price.
Starting point
The work proceeds from a completed Revenue Path Assessment or an equivalent agreed specification that makes the offer, intended customer, primary action, and operational destination clear.
Working system
The output is a bounded working system: one offer, one primary action, one operational handoff, and a clear record of what was implemented and checked.
Commercial position
The System Build is a separate, fixed-scope engagement. It may follow the Assessment, or it may begin from equivalent evidence or a defined specification. Measurement Setup and Discovery Setup are need-based engagements, not mandatory gates: use Measurement Setup when the operating path needs a practical measurement record, and use Discovery Setup when buyer questions, terminology, entities, or discovery conditions need examination.

02 / Build scope
One page, one action, one handoff.
The System Build implements one agreed improvement for one offer and one customer path, with the visible page and the supporting route treated as one working system.
Page
One responsive landing page or one-page web presence for an existing offer, or one defined page within the client’s current site.
Buyer action
One primary next step, such as an inquiry form, booking link, or Stripe payment link, selected to fit the agreed path.
Operational handoff
One simple connection from the customer action to its intended destination, such as a designated inbox or an existing sheet or CRM.
Page structure
Clear semantic content structure, responsive presentation, and basic descriptive metadata aligned with the agreed offer.
What is required
The buyer provides the agreed source materials, approved decisions, platform or hosting access, third-party account access where needed, and the existing specification or evidence that defines the offer, audience, action, and destination.
What is outside scope
A fixed-scope build is bounded implementation, not unlimited remediation. Broken infrastructure, missing access, unresolved platform work, additional paths, or materially expanded requirements require separate scope before they are undertaken.

03 / Delivery
A working path with a clear delivery record.
The implementation is delivered with the path tested from the customer action through the agreed handoff. The record makes the result inspectable after the work is complete.
Configured page
The agreed page is implemented in the selected platform or hosting environment using client-supplied access and approved materials.
Action route
The inquiry, booking, or payment route is connected to the destination confirmed in the scope.
Verification
Basic desktop and mobile review, link and form checks, and confirmation that the agreed handoff works.
Handoff
A concise handoff note, transfer of agreed files or access details, and one bounded revision round.
Primary deliverables
Implementation brief; offer, audience, action, and destination record; page or workflow specification; implementation record; test record; QA record; and handoff instructions.
Executive communication portal
Each engagement client receives individual access to a secure executive communication portal on a dedicated subdomain. It is delivery infrastructure for the organized engagement record—decisions, files, reports, working records, and handoff materials—not a seventh paid offer. The portal keeps the current record from scattering across email threads, shared links, shared drives, and SMS.

What the handoff records
The one defined service offer implemented in the agreed page or web presence.
The one primary inquiry, booking, or payment action presented to the buyer.
The operational endpoint that receives or continues the customer action.
Desktop and mobile review, link and form checks, and confirmation of the agreed route.
A clear handoff that can later support a separate Revenue Path Measurement Setup.
04 / Implementation sequence
Agree, implement, test, hand off.
This is the internal delivery sequence for this bounded build, not a claim that every buyer must complete every earlier Revenue Path offer. The work stays tied to one approved path and one defined customer action.
01 / Confirm
Confirm the offer, customer group, page boundary, primary action, and operational destination.
02 / Prepare
Collect approved copy, images, account access, and any required third-party setup.
03 / Implement
Build the page, connect the agreed action, and configure its simple handoff.
04 / Verify
Check the route on desktop and mobile, confirm links and form behavior, then provide the handoff note.
05 / Fit and limits
Specific enough to finish cleanly.
The fixed scope fits a single, well-defined improvement. Additional work is agreed before implementation begins.
-
Good fit
One existing offer, an identified customer group, an agreed primary action, an operational destination, and access to the platform or hosting environment. A completed Assessment is useful, but equivalent evidence or a defined specification is sufficient to begin.
-
What is outside scope
Multi-page site redesigns, multiple offers, custom software, complex CRM configuration, advanced automation, extensive brand or copy development, broken infrastructure, unresolved platform work, and ongoing maintenance are separately scoped.
-
Client inputs
The client supplies approved copy and assets, timely decisions, platform access, and any required third-party accounts.
-
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, premium plugins, paid software, and stock assets remain client costs. Fees on the client’s own customer transactions are charged by that payment provider.
06 / Engagement terms
Scope agreed before implementation.
The fee covers only the implementation described in the written scope. The work begins after prerequisites, schedule, and payment are confirmed.
-
Payment
US$1,000 prepaid for the defined implementation. The listed fee includes payment-processing cost; there is no separate checkout surcharge.
-
Start condition
Implementation begins after scope approval, payment, and receipt of the required materials and access.
-
Timing
The delivery clock begins only after the agreed scope, payment, required materials, access, and decisions are received. The schedule is then confirmed for the defined implementation.
-
Revisions
One bounded revision round is included. Material changes to the offer, page scope, or action route are separately agreed.
-
Business results
The work delivers a tested implementation and handoff. It does not guarantee revenue, lead volume, conversion, search visibility, or return on investment.
-
Portal record
The implementation brief, records, checks, revision, and handoff are organized in the client’s secure executive communication portal on a dedicated subdomain.
07 / Begin
Begin the Revenue Path System Build.
When the offer, intended customer, primary action, and operational destination are clear, begin with the prepaid Stripe checkout. A completed Assessment is useful but not mandatory when equivalent evidence or a defined specification is already available. The checkout opens in a new tab so this specification remains available.

What to have ready
The agreed offer, intended customer, primary action, operational destination, approved source materials, required access, and the decisions needed to begin. The delivery clock starts after these inputs are received.
