Ziegler & Co. / Service Specification 06

Revenue Path Advisory Hours

Flexible, prepaid advisory time for a defined business question involving process, requirements, operating models, information architecture, semantic publication, structured data, measurement, or a machine-assisted workflow.

This is a working hour, not a retainer. Bring the question that is slowing a decision, obscuring a requirement, weakening a handoff, or making a system harder to understand and maintain.

The work is practical and bounded. Human judgment remains responsible for the interpretation, structure, and next decision; machine-assisted tools may support research, synthesis, drafting, checking, or production where useful. This is not software engineering, model training, or a promise that an undefined tool will solve an undefined problem.

The US$45 rate is a transparent prepaid unit rate for discrete, scheduled remote advisory work across U.S. and international hours. After payment, the question and a fixed meeting or short-term schedule are agreed. Purchasing time does not create office-hour presence, on-call coverage, or automatic same-day or weekend availability.

Index

01 / Defined engagement

A flexible hour for a defined operating question.

For a client, founder, operator, or small team that needs a senior review, explanation, troubleshooting session, or next-step decision without opening a larger engagement.

  1. 01 / Frame Define the question The issue, decision, or obstruction is stated precisely enough to examine.
  2. 02 / Examine Review the material The relevant page, process, requirement, record, workflow, or measurement context is inspected.
  3. 03 / Decide Clarify the next move The important distinction, option, requirement, or practical next action is made clear.
  4. 04 / Record Leave usable clarity The working note, decision, or next-step record remains useful after the hour ends.

Fee

Each advisory unit is US$45 per prepaid hour. Stripe Checkout permits one or more units, up to 40 prepaid hours, subject to availability, scope confirmation, and scheduling. Payment processing is included in the listed price.

Use

Use one or more prepaid hours for review, explanation, troubleshooting, working-session analysis, or a bounded implementation decision. The question is defined before the time is used.

Working range

The work may touch process, requirements, operating models, information architecture, semantic publication, structured data, measurement, or machine-assisted workflows when the issue is concrete and within the advisory boundary.

Delivery model

Work is delivered remotely and scheduled by agreement across U.S. and international hours. A purchased quantity represents prepaid working time; it does not create office-hour presence, on-call coverage, or automatic same-day or weekend availability.

Rate meaning

The rate is designed for a discrete, scheduled advisory unit: one question, one working boundary, and a useful record. It keeps access simple without turning a focused hour into an undefined consulting relationship.

Position

Advisory Hours are the flexible continuation of the Revenue Path architecture. They can follow a defined offer or stand alone when a focused question is the right starting point.

Judgment

Native English-speaking judgment, a documented writing practice and archive dating to 2013, data-analyst and business-analyst experience, requirements discipline, and information architecture inform the work. An owned publication specimen demonstrates the method; it is not external client proof.

02 / Appropriate questions

The question can be operational, technical, or semantic.

The hour is useful when a real decision or obstruction can be named. It is not a general promise to solve everything, and it is not a generic consultation about a tool.

Process and handoffs

Where work is breaking between people, systems, information, or ownership, and what a more workable handoff would require.

Requirements and operating models

What the work must do, who owns it, what is missing, and which next decision is defensible.

Information and semantics

How terms, categories, entities, definitions, and relationships should be organized so the record makes sense to people and systems.

Publication and structured data

How a page, offer, FAQ, breadcrumb, JSON-LD record, or machine-readable relationship should represent the underlying subject.

Measurement and implementation

How to interpret Search Console or Analytics context, review a configured buyer action, or choose a bounded implementation step.

Machine-assisted workflow

How to use machine-assisted research, synthesis, drafting, checking, or quality assurance while keeping human authorship and judgment responsible.

What is required

Provide one defined question, the relevant pre-read or source material, the decision you need to make, any required access or permissions, and availability for the agreed remote meeting or short-term schedule. The delivery clock begins after those inputs are received and the working boundary is confirmed.

What is outside scope

Undefined or open-ended investigation, retainer or on-call coverage, automatic same-day or weekend availability, a full build, model training, broad content administration, legal, medical, or accounting sign-off, broken infrastructure, missing access, unresolved platform work, or materially expanded requirements require separate scope.

03 / Working record

The hour leaves a useful record, not a cloud of advice.

The exact record depends on the question and the time purchased. A separate build, report, or implementation is scoped separately rather than silently folded into an hour.

Pre-read

Relevant page, document, process description, screenshot, data view, or question supplied before the hour.

Working session

Conversation or live review used to surface the operating reality, clarify terms, examine the source material, and test the important distinction.

Decision note

The issue examined, what it establishes, what remains uncertain, and the practical next action.

Method

Human review controls the result. Machine-assisted extraction, comparison, drafting, or checking may organize the working record without replacing judgment.

Boundary

An advisory hour does not silently become a website build, software project, content retainer, or unlimited support arrangement.

Primary deliverables

Advisory question, pre-read register, working-session record, decision note, bounded next action, time record, and handoff note.

Executive communication portal

Engagement clients receive individual access to a secure executive communication portal on a dedicated subdomain. The portal keeps the question, source material, decisions, working records, reports, and handoff materials together so the current record does not scatter across email threads, shared links, shared drives, or SMS. It is delivery infrastructure, not a seventh paid offer.

What remains after the hour

Question The exact issue or decision examined.
Evidence The source material, observations, and conditions that matter.
Decision What is clear, what is uncertain, and why.
Next step The bounded action that follows from the work.
Boundary What remains a separate build, engagement, or decision.
Figure 03. Illustrative sample only. It shows the kind of bounded working record an advisory hour can leave; it is not a claim about a completed client engagement.

04 / Advisory sequence

Frame, examine, decide, record.

This is the working method for a defined advisory matter, not a mandatory order for the wider Revenue Path. Advisory Hours may begin independently or continue a relevant offer when the question, evidence, and boundary are clear.

01 / Frame

Confirm the issue, the desired decision, and the boundary of the hour.

02 / Context

Collect the relevant page, document, process, data, screenshot, or access needed to examine the issue rather than speculate about it.

03 / Work

Review, explain, troubleshoot, compare, or reason through the available options and their consequences.

04 / Decide

State what is established, what remains uncertain, and which next move is proportionate to the evidence.

05 / Record

Leave a concise note, decision, or handoff. A larger implementation is separately scoped when the next move requires it.

05 / Fit and limits

Specific enough to use responsibly.

Advisory Hours are flexible, but they are not undefined availability. A concrete question, relevant material, and a decision-maker make the time useful.

  • Good fit

A concrete issue, relevant source material, a decision-maker, and a willingness to work within the purchased hour. The hour may be an independent starting point or a continuation of any relevant Revenue Path offer.

  • Typical use

Review of a process, handoff, requirement, or operating model; a semantic, information-architecture, structured-data, or publication question; a measurement review; or a machine-assisted workflow decision.

  • What is outside scope

Software engineering, model training, a full website or system build, a broad SEO or backlink campaign, ongoing content administration, and legal, medical, or accounting sign-off are separately scoped. Retainer or on-call coverage, automatic same-day or weekend availability, broken infrastructure, missing access, unresolved platform work, and materially expanded requirements are not included.

  • Availability boundary

Hours are prepaid and scheduled after the question, context, access, and availability are confirmed. Work is remote across U.S. and international hours. Purchasing time does not create a retainer, on-call coverage, or automatic same-day or weekend availability.

  • Evidence boundary

An owned publication specimen demonstrates method, not external client proof. Unknowns are identified rather than invented, and no result is implied by an illustrative record.

06 / Engagement terms

The hour is paid, bounded, and explicit.

The service is intentionally simple: purchase time, define the question, confirm the source and access, agree a remote meeting or short-term schedule, do the work, and record the next step. The delivery clock begins only after the required inputs are received.

  • Payment

US$45 prepaid per advisory hour. Stripe Checkout allows one or more units; the listed fee includes payment processing and there is no separate checkout surcharge.

  • Start condition

Work begins after payment and confirmation of the question, scope, source material, required access or permissions, and a mutually agreed remote meeting or short-term schedule. Missing inputs pause the delivery clock.

  • Timing

Advisory time is scheduled by agreement after purchase across U.S. and international hours. Stripe permits one or more prepaid units, up to 40 hours, subject to scope and availability. Urgency or an extended block requires confirmation.

  • Output boundary

Purchased time covers the advisory work and the agreed working record. A separate build, report, publication, or implementation is separately scoped.

  • Commitment

No retainer, no recurring commitment, and no requirement to purchase future hours.

  • Handoff and acceptance

The agreed working record, decision note, bounded next action, time record, and handoff note are delivered through the engagement record. A factual correction to that agreed record is included; a new question, changed objective, or expanded analysis requires additional time or separate scope.

  • Portal record

The engagement client receives individual access to a secure executive communication portal on a dedicated subdomain for the question, source material, decisions, working records, reports, and handoff materials. It is delivery infrastructure, not a seventh paid offer.

  • Results

No guarantee of revenue, traffic, rankings, citations, conversion, or return on investment.

07 / Begin

Begin Revenue Path Advisory Hours.

When the question is concrete, begin with one or more prepaid Advisory Hours through Stripe Checkout. Work is remote and scheduled across U.S. and international hours; the wider Revenue Path remains a flexible progression rather than a mandatory chain. Checkout opens in a new tab so this specification remains available while payment is completed.

Advisory Hours

US$45 per prepaid hour · flexible quantity · no retainer · no recurring commitment

What to have ready

One question, relevant page, document, process, or data; the decision you need to make; access or permissions needed for the agreed review; and availability for a fixed meeting or short-term schedule. A short written description is enough to start.

Flexibility

If the hour identifies a bounded build, measurement, discovery, or semantic-publication need, that work can be scoped as its own Revenue Path engagement. Advisory time remains available independently for review, troubleshooting, and maintenance decisions. Relevant offers are available directly: Assessment, System Build, Measurement Setup, Discovery Setup, or Semantic Publication Build.
