Ziegler & Co. / Defined Service 01

Revenue Path Assessment Offer

A fixed-scope examination of one existing service offer and the path a prospective customer takes toward inquiry or purchase.

You bring one offer, one intended customer group, and the materials that show how the path currently works. I return a clear assessment record: what is visible, where the path creates friction, and what should be improved first.

This is a common entry and relationship-opening engagement, not a mandatory first step for every buyer. If equivalent evidence or a defined specification already exists, a later relevant engagement may begin directly.

US$500 / prepaid / fixed scope / two 30-minute working sessions / seven business days / one revision

Index

01 / The offer

A clear first engagement for a path that needs examination.

For an owner-led service business, independent professional, or small team with an established offer and a customer path that deserves a closer look.

Offer

Revenue Path Assessment

A written examination of one offer, one intended customer group, and one route from discovery to inquiry, booking, or purchase.

Fee

US$500 · prepaid · fixed scope

The assessment is prepaid through the Stripe checkout. The listed fee includes payment-processing cost; there is no separate checkout surcharge.

For

Someone with a real service to sell, a real customer group in mind, and a current path that leaves prospective buyers uncertain, delayed, or unsure what to do next.

Buyer decision

What is unclear or causing friction in one offer’s path to action, and what should improve first?

Result

A decision record that shows what is working, where friction appears, what the evidence establishes, and which next actions deserve attention first.

Boundary

One existing offer, one intended customer group, and one current path. The assessment is complete as a stand-alone engagement. Implementation is optional.

Commercial position

The Assessment opens the relationship and establishes a usable record. The six Revenue Path offers form a practical progression, not a mandatory dependency chain. Measurement Setup and Discovery Setup are selected when their specific records are needed, and Advisory Hours may be purchased independently.

System Build direction

If the findings support a general operational or product-path implementation, the separate Revenue Path System Build is available for US$1,000. It translates an agreed path into a usable web or workflow system, with structured information and machine-assisted handling where it provides a practical benefit. Equivalent evidence or a defined specification may support beginning with that build directly; the Assessment is not required.

Semantic Publication Build direction

If the central requirement is a language-, meaning-, entity-, ontology-, and human-editorial-judgment-intensive answer-first publication system, the separate Revenue Path Semantic Publication Build is available for US$1,250. It organizes the offer’s entities, terminology, semantic relationships, structured information, and publication handoff. Discovery Setup is useful when discovery is needed, but it is not mandatory when the required evidence already exists. This is a separate scope and payment from the Assessment.

02 / Scope and method

A bounded examination of the path a buyer can actually follow.

The work stays close to the supplied evidence. It examines the offer, the intended buyer, the visible route to action, and the handoff that follows.

Working sessions

Two sessions · 30 minutes each

No separate discovery call is required. The first session begins the engagement and captures the offer, intended customer, current process, and problem in the client’s own words. The second session resolves open questions and confirms the facts and scope used in the assessment.

Source review

Review of up to three client-provided items, such as an offer page, service description, intake form, process note, analytics excerpt, or workflow record.

What is required

One existing offer, intended customer group, current path materials, and the decision or question to examine. The client also provides the agreed access and decisions needed for the two working sessions.

Path trace

Map the supplied current state from the first identified point of interest through inquiry, booking, or purchase and the immediate operational handoff.

Evidence boundary

Findings are tied to the supplied sources and observed process. The assessment does not claim to measure lost sales or conversion rates unless suitable data is provided.

System boundary

The assessment distinguishes decisions that require human judgment from the information, handoffs, and repeatable actions that a later system can preserve or assist.

What is outside scope

Implementation, unresolved platform work, broken infrastructure, missing access, and materially expanded requirements are separate scope. A fixed-scope assessment identifies the boundary; it does not silently become unlimited remediation.

03 / What you receive

A client-ready record designed to be scanned and used.

The result begins with a concise executive view and then preserves the evidence, findings, and next actions in a form that can be read by a decision-maker and used in the next conversation. Where implementation is appropriate, the record also gives a later system a clear information structure for preserving, routing, or assisting with repeatable work.

Executive brief

The question, scope, materials reviewed, central finding, and decision that the evidence supports.

Primary deliverables

Current-state path map; evidence-based findings register; prioritized action plan; and a build or branch recommendation when supported.

Current path map

A readable map of the included steps, roles, systems, decisions, and handoffs, with uncertain or missing information marked.

Findings register

Each finding is connected to its source, likely operational consequence, priority, and a practical next action.

Action sequence

Up to five actions ordered by priority, with dependencies made visible and a practical near-term sequence where appropriate.

Build brief

When the evidence supports implementation, a one-page specification for one bounded web or workflow improvement, including its purpose, primary action, information structure, prerequisites, and any repeatable or machine-assisted handling that would reduce friction.

Supporting records

Assessment record, findings, action plan, revision record, and branch recommendation.

Handoff and acceptance

Client-ready assessment record with one consolidated revision round. The record is delivered for factual correction and reasonable clarification within the included review boundary.

Executive portal

Each engagement client receives individual access to a private, password-protected executive communication portal on a dedicated subdomain. It keeps the executive summary, supporting files, decisions, reports, working records, and handoff materials together in one controlled environment instead of scattering the current record across email threads, shared-document links, shared drives, or SMS messages. This is delivery infrastructure, not a seventh paid offer.

04 / Illustrative sample artifact

A redacted-format example of the delivered record.

Illustrative sample — not client proof. The excerpt below uses a redacted-format presentation to show the report structure and the distinction between an observed condition and a measured business result. It is not presented as evidence of completed client work or as a measured business result.

Question

Where does a prospective customer lose context between reading an offer and making an inquiry?

Evidence

Illustrative source set: one service page and one general contact form. The form asks for contact details and a message but does not identify the service the visitor is asking about.

Finding

The inquiry handoff does not preserve the visitor’s service context. The owner may need to reconstruct it after the message arrives.

Evidence limit

This establishes a process friction in the supplied materials. It does not establish how often it occurs or whether it has caused lost revenue.

Next action

Test a service-specific inquiry route that carries the offer name into the message, confirms receipt, and records the inquiry source.

05 / Fit and limits

The question should already exist in the work.

The assessment fits when a real service, a prospective customer group, and a current route to action can be identified.

  • Good fit

An established service business, independent professional, or small team that wants a clearer view of one existing customer path before investing in implementation.

  • Not included

Creating a business model from scratch; broad market research; customer interviews; detailed financial projections; accounting, tax, or legal advice; a full website build; custom software; complex automation; or a revenue, lead, conversion, or ROI guarantee.

  • What is outside scope

Implementation, unresolved platform work, broken infrastructure, missing access, and materially expanded requirements are separate scope. A fixed-scope offer is bounded analysis, not unlimited remediation.

  • Separate costs

Hosting, domains, premium plugins, CRM subscriptions, stock assets, and other third-party services are client costs or separately scoped work.

  • Other work

Work outside this fixed assessment may be discussed separately. Advisory Hours may be purchased independently at US$45 per prepaid hour for one defined question, review, interpretation, or bounded troubleshooting matter. One hour is not unlimited access or a substitute for a separately scoped build. The Revenue Path System Build and Revenue Path Semantic Publication Build are separate fixed-scope engagements.

06 / Engagement terms

Fixed scope. Clear inputs and timing.

The fee covers the assessment described on this page. Work beyond that boundary is agreed separately before it begins.

  • Payment

US$500 paid in advance for one assessment. Work begins after payment, scheduling, and receipt of the required client inputs. The listed fee includes payment-processing cost; there is no separate checkout surcharge.

  • Delivery target

Seven-business-day delivery begins after the agreed materials are received and the two working sessions are complete. Client delays pause the delivery clock.

  • Review

One consolidated revision round is included. Factual corrections and reasonable clarification should be submitted together after delivery. Substantive new analysis, new scope, or additional meetings are separate work.

  • What is required

One existing offer, intended customer group, current path materials, and the decision or question to examine. The client supplies accurate source materials, required access, and timely decisions.

  • Need-based work

Measurement Setup and Discovery Setup are selected when their specific records are needed. Neither is required as a universal prerequisite before a later relevant engagement.

  • Separate decision

The assessment stands on its own. If implementation is appropriate, the Revenue Path System Build or Revenue Path Semantic Publication Build is separately scoped and paid; neither is required. A buyer with equivalent evidence or a defined specification may begin with a later relevant offer.

  • Outside scope

Broken infrastructure, missing access, unresolved platform work, or materially expanded requirements may require separate scope. The delivery clock begins only after the required inputs are received.

  • Handoff

The client receives the assessment record, the included revision boundary, and the branch recommendation in the secure executive communication portal described in Section 23.

  • Business results

The work delivers analysis and recommendations. It does not guarantee revenue, lead volume, conversion, search visibility, or return on investment.

06.1 / Frequently asked questions

Short answers before the work begins.

The assessment is deliberately bounded. These answers clarify the decision, the inputs, and what follows payment.

Question 01

Is this a website build?

No. The Revenue Path Assessment is an analysis of one existing offer and its current path to action. A separate Revenue Path System Build or Revenue Path Semantic Publication Build may follow if implementation is appropriate.

Question 02

What happens after payment?

After prepaid checkout, we schedule the two working sessions and you send the agreed materials. The assessment record is delivered within seven business days after the materials are received and the sessions are complete.

Question 03

Do I need analytics or conversion data?

No. Useful data can be included when available, but the assessment can examine the supplied offer, process, and handoff materials without claiming a conversion result that the evidence cannot establish.

Question 04

Do I have to commission the System Build?

No. The assessment stands on its own. If implementation is appropriate, the Revenue Path System Build or Revenue Path Semantic Publication Build is a separate decision, scope, and payment.

Question 05

When is the Semantic Publication Build appropriate?

It is appropriate when the central requirement is an answer-first publication system with clear entities, terminology, semantic relationships, structured information, and a machine-readable implementation that remains under human editorial judgment.

Question 06

Where is the working record kept?

The working record is organized in a private, password-protected executive communication portal so the current summary, supporting files, decisions, reports, and handoff records do not become scattered across email threads, shared-document links, and SMS messages.

Question 07

Do I have to complete every earlier Revenue Path offer first?

No. The six offers form a practical default progression, not a mandatory dependency chain. A buyer with equivalent evidence or a defined specification may begin with a later relevant offer.

Question 08

Are Measurement Setup and Discovery Setup required before implementation?

No. Measurement Setup and Discovery Setup are need-based engagements. They are selected when their specific records are needed, and existing evidence may be used when it already answers the relevant question.

07 / Begin

Start with one path that matters.

Choose the assessment when you have an existing offer and want a clear view of how a prospective customer moves toward action. It is a common entry point, not a required first step; buyers with equivalent evidence or a defined specification may begin with a later relevant engagement.

Assessment

US$500 · prepaid · fixed scope · two 30-minute sessions · seven business days · one revision

One offer, one customer group, and one current path from discovery to inquiry, booking, or purchase.

What to send

Before the first working session

  • The current offer page or written description of the service.
  • The intended customer group and the primary action you want a buyer to take.
  • The current path from discovery to inquiry, booking, or purchase.
  • Up to three supporting items, such as an intake form, analytics excerpt, workflow note, or client-facing message.

System Build direction

If the assessment supports implementation, the separate Revenue Path System Build is available for US$1,000. It is the bounded implementation option for putting one agreed path into operation. There is no obligation to proceed. This general operational or product-path build may also begin directly when equivalent evidence or a defined specification already exists.

Semantic Publication Build direction

If the central requirement is an answer-first publication system, the separate Revenue Path Semantic Publication Build is available for US$1,250. It is the bounded implementation option for entities, terminology, semantic relationships, structured information, and a machine-readable publication handoff under human editorial judgment. Discovery Setup is useful when discovery is needed, but it is not mandatory when the required evidence already exists. There is no obligation to proceed.

Independent Advisory Hours

Advisory Hours may be purchased independently for one defined question, review, interpretation, or bounded troubleshooting matter. One prepaid hour leaves a working record or decision note; it is not a retainer, recurring commitment, unlimited access, or substitute for a separately scoped build.
